Scope<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the contractual relationship between Kligg (by Snatch Co. AG)\n      (\u201cKligg\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d) and users (\u201cUser\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d) of the Kligg platform.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any Kligg services,\n      you agree to these Terms. Deviating terms require explicit written consent by Kligg.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>2. Description of the Platform<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Kligg is a creator-first monetization platform that enables users to sell products,\n      services, digital goods, memberships, auctions, flash sales, and lead-based offers\n      through a single link and integrated checkout.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3>2.1 Software Access<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      Kligg is provided as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).\n      Access is granted for the duration of an active subscription.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3>2.2 No Payment Processing Ownership<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).\n      Kligg does not store full payment credentials and does not act as a merchant of record.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>3. Account Registration<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.<\/li>\n      <li>You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.<\/li>\n      <li>You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Billing<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Kligg operates on subscription-based plans unless explicitly stated otherwise.\n      Pricing, features, and billing intervals are shown during checkout.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.<\/li>\n      <li>You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period.<\/li>\n      <li>Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>5. Affiliate Program<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Kligg offers an affiliate program for eligible users.\n      Affiliates earn commissions on referred paying users according to the conditions\n      shown inside the affiliate dashboard.\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Commission starts once a referred user becomes a paying customer.<\/li>\n      <li>Commissions are paid automatically on a recurring basis while the account remains active.<\/li>\n      <li>Kligg reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation in case of abuse.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>6. User Content & Responsibility<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Users are fully responsible for all content, offers, products, and services\n      published through their Kligg account.\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n      <li>You must not sell illegal, misleading, or infringing content.<\/li>\n      <li>Kligg may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>7. Availability & Support<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Kligg aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.\n      Maintenance, updates, or external dependencies may cause temporary downtime.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Support is provided according to the plan selected and within reasonable effort.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kligg is not liable for:\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Indirect or consequential damages<\/li>\n      <li>Loss of revenue, profit, or data<\/li>\n      <li>Business interruptions<\/li>\n      <li>Issues caused by third-party services or integrations<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to Kligg in the twelve (12) months\n      preceding the claim.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>9. Termination<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Users may terminate their account at any time via the dashboard.\n      Kligg may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations of these Terms\n      or applicable law.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>10. Changes to the Terms<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Kligg reserves the right to update these Terms.\n      Changes become effective upon publication on the website.\n      Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>11.
