K-Fit, a growing fitness chain in French-speaking Switzerland, wanted to strengthen its digital presence and optimize customer loyalty. The company had clear goals: they wanted more Google reviews, a stronger presence on social media, and an easier way for customers to access class schedules and other information. <\/p>\n

The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n

In today’s digital world, it’s not enough to just offer good fitness services. K-Fit faced the challenge of bringing its offline customers into the online world to encourage feedback and reviews, gain followers on social media, and retain customers for the long term. The fitness chain needed an innovative solution to bridge the gap between its physical presence in the studios and the digital world. <\/p>\n

The solution with Kligg<\/b><\/p>\n

Kligg has supported K-Fit with customized QR codes and one-pagers for each of its five stores. These QR codes have been strategically placed in the visible places of the gyms, including the entrance area, information stations and changing rooms. <\/p>\n

  3. Strategic placement:<\/b> The QR codes were placed in key places where customers spend a lot of time \u2013 e.g. at the reception, at the information stations and in the changing rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
