You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging in order to be accepted for return.

Return Procedure

1. Contacting us: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@kligg.me within the 30-day return period, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Shipping: After contacting us, you will receive instructions from us on how to return the goods. The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer.

3. Return Policy: The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that show signs of wear or damage may be refused.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made via the original means of payment used to place the order.

Important notes

• Personalized and custom-made products are excluded from return.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
